PrimeHomeWork is a free home improvement lead generation and referral platform that connects homeowners across the United States with licensed, local contractors for services including kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, roofing, plumbing, pest control, solar panel installation, and related home improvement services.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Services.

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. Our Services are intended solely for adults and for use within the United States.

The Services allow you to submit a request for a home improvement quote or callback. When you submit a request, we use your information to connect and match you with one or more independent, licensed service providers ("Contractors") in your area.

• We do not set, control, or guarantee Contractor pricing, scheduling, or availability.
• Any agreement for work is solely between you and the Contractor you choose to hire.
• Contractors are independent businesses and are not agents or employees of PrimeHomeWork.

PrimeHomeWork does not warrant, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the work, conduct, licensing, insurance, pricing, timeliness, or quality of any Contractor. Before hiring any Contractor, it is your responsibility to:

• Verify that the Contractor holds the licenses and insurance required in your area.
• Review and agree to the Contractor's own estimate, contract, and warranty terms.
• Make your own independent decision about whether to hire the Contractor.

Estimates provided through the Services are free and carry no obligation. Estimate amounts are determined solely by the Contractor.

Service and Contractor availability is not guaranteed and may vary by market, location, demand, technician availability, and appointment capacity. Same-day and 24/7 emergency services are subject to provider participation.

As contemplated under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, this consent covers contact by:

• Telephone calls, including those using automated dialing systems or prerecorded messages;
• SMS/text messages, including automated text messages; and
• Email communications regarding your service request.

This consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, and out of calls by requesting placement on our internal Do-Not-Call list. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or unauthorized requests, or another person's information without consent;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeHomeWork and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any Contractor.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services not operated by PrimeHomeWork, including Contractor websites, review platforms, and social media. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content or practices of any third-party sites.

The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement of the linked site. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy statements of each website you visit.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. When we make changes, we will:
